Are there any supplements added to the stipulated prices?
No, there are not. We provide you with an updated website for a fixed price, without additional supplements.
How shall I pay the transfers?
Transfer fees must be paid in advance by credit card -visa, mastercard or maestro debito.
Will I receive a booking receipt?
Yes, you will. We will e-mail a voucher to confirm your booking. Please make sure you have it with you at the airport. if you donīt have received a confimration, please check your spam box.
Is my payment by Internet secure?
Yes it is, please click the Private Policy at the bottom right hand at the page for more information.
Can I change the details once the booking is made?
You can change or modify the booking 48 hours before your arrival. You only have to send us an e-mail with the modifications.
What if I need to cancel the reservation?
Up to 36 hour before please send an email to the office and any later please ring the office. You will receive a full refund.
Will the wheelchairs have an extra cost? (Private transfers only)
No, they won't. But it should be indicated in the comments field.
If you are staying in a villa, to ensure we send the private bus to the correct villa (there are often 2 or 3 villas of the same name in the same resort) we ask that you fill in the address or in the comments box put which company it was booked through.
Child Seats and booster Seats
It is not a legal requirement to use these for the transfers (you wouldn't have one in a taxi or bus in the U.K.)We do provide them for an extra cost - THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SHUTTLE TRANSFERS.
Please remember that if you are booking a private transfer and have 4 people and 1 infant in the party and book a child seat you need a transfer for up to 8 people.
We try not to use taxis but there are times when we have to, we canīt tell you before hand whether it will be a taxi, however if you are waiting for transfer and a taxi pulls up if we have sent it they will have your name either written on a voucher or they will be able to tell you it verbally, please donīt get in the taxi unless the driver can do either of these things as they will expect you to pay when you get to the airport. What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights so if your flight is delayed we will be there waiting for you.
Where will I meet the driver or airport staff?
When you have collected your luggage in Baggage reclaim please go to belt Nš 6, in front of this belt are 2 sliding doors, go through the doors and in front of you the is a row of desks our desk has CENTRAL DE RESERVAS NORBUS TORRES on it and it is the 3rd from the end starting with the Tourist Information desk.
What shall I do if I cannot find the driver/ representative?
In case you cannot find the driver or a representative at the desk or holding your name on a sign please do not hesitate to call the office number +34 971369992.
DEPARTURES RESORT TO AIRPORT
How will we know the time we will be collected from our accommodation?
For PRIVATE and VIP transfers - we will email you with a suggested pick up time please confirm this is ok, this will also be reconfirmed at the airport. You can change this up to 24 hours before you are due to depart by ringing the office.
For SHUTTLE transfers - you will receive your departure details on arrival at the airport these are fixed times for each resort.
Where will you pick us up from?
We pick you up from your hotel, apartment or villa. If it is in a road which we are unable to get a bus to we will let you know where to wait.
