General Booking Terms and Conditions

Making a booking through the web page involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of each and every general condition, which are considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.

BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS

When a booking is made, it is done by making a secure credit card payment. Customers will receive details of their bookings by e-mail, together with an identification number (reference), all associated information, the conditions and refund policy.

The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, no matter what the origin of the customer or the establishment selected.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel the services requested or contracted at any time.
If the reservation is canceled more than 6 days before the service will be refunded 100% of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled with 6 days or less before the service will lose the amount of the reserve
